Geoffrey Pimblett, Innkeeper

Hailing from Lancashire England, Geoffrey Pimblett developed a keen interest in the culinary arts and proceeded to study at Courtfield Catering College in Blackpool, London. Upon moving to Canada, Geoffrey worked in various roles in the hospitality circuit. He was operations manager at the Four Seasons Hotel before opening his original restaurant entitled Pimblett's in 1976. He closed the business after a respectable 25 years of operation and opened the doors of his bed and breakfast around the corner from his former venture.

Friendly, cultured, worldy, and savvy, Geoffrey Pimblett has provided guests from around the world with Canadian comfort, Victorian charm, and a fair dash of English wit.
